These terms and conditions apply to Porsche Service Clinic (“Service Clinic”). By participating in the Service Clinic, you, as participant (“Participant”), declare that you have read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Service Clinic and Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn Bhd’s Privacy Policy as referred to in Section D below.

A. General

  1. The Service Clinic is organized by Sime Darby Auto Performance Sdn Bhd ("Organiser").
  2. The Service Clinic commences from 29 September 2017 to 30 November 2017 (both dates inclusive and hereinafter referred to as “Service Clinic Period”).
  3. The Service Clinic for any Porsche branded vehicle (“Vehicle”) is carried out exclusively in Porsche Centre Penang at the following address of Lot 6985, Jalan Baru, Mukim 1, Kampung Jawa, Seberang Perai, 13700 Perai, Pulau Pinang.
  4. The Service Clinic offers a complimentary 111-point checks inspection as determined by the organiser which may include bumper to bumper visual inspection with on-board electrical system readout of the Vehicle(“Complimentary Inspection”).
  5. The Complimentary Inspection excludes other additional services, diagnostics and/or maintenance to the Vehicle.
  6. If the Participant requires repairs and/or services for the Vehicle of which such repairs and/or service are identified during the Complimentary Inspection,the Participant must place a service booking for the Vehicle with the Organiser within three (3) months of the date of the Complimentary Inspection to enable the Participant to enjoy a 25% discount on Parts and Labour.
  7. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, add, modify and/or alter the terms and conditions,without any notice, as and when the Organiser deems fit. Any variations to the terms and conditions may be communicated through modes of communication deemed suitable by the Organiser.

B. Eligibility

  1. The Service Clinic is open to all owner(s) of the Vehicle(s) registered in Kedah, Perlis, Penang, Langkawi and Perak only. Vehicles that are registered in any state other than the above mentioned states are not qualified for the Service Clinic.
  2. Vehicles which are sold by any vehicle dealer not appointed by the organiser in Malaysia are disqualified from the Service Clinic and/or the Adoption Package (for Grey/Parallel Imported Vehicle(s) as defined in item no. B5 below)
  3. To qualify for the Service Clinic, the Vehicles must be registered to the Participant’s ownership of a minimum of six (6) months and above.
  4. Vehicles which have been purchased via official Porsche Malaysia sales channels require the following documentation upon check in for the Service Clinic:
    a. A copy of the vehicle registration card;
    b. A copy of the owner’s identification card (applicable to personal registered vehicle only)
    c. A copy of Director’s identification card and company Form 9 (applicable to company registered vehicle only); and
    d. Authorization letter of the owner is required should the owner send a representative.
  5. Vehicles which have been parallel imported via other sources ("Grey/Parallel Imported Vehicles") are qualified to participate in the Service Clinic with confirmation and acceptance by the organiser of the following documents:
    a. A copy of Vehicle is registration card;
    b. A copy of the owner’s identification card (applicable to personal registered vehicle only)
    c. A copy of Director’s identification card and company Form 9 (applicable to company registered vehicle only)
    d. AP Permit (Importation documents); and
    e. Authorization letter of the owner is required should the owner send a representative.
  6. The following Grey/ Parallel Imported Vehicle models are not qualified to participate in the Service Clinic:
    All Hybrid Models
    All Diesel Models
    Any vehicle with a production date less than 3 years that has non factory approved modifications.
  7. Grey/Parallel Imported Vehicles must purchase one of the following packages as referred to below in order to be adopted by Porsche Centre Penang (“Adoption Package”). Grey/Parallel Imported Vehicles aged less than three (3) years from the said Grey/Parallel Imported Vehicles’ production date are encouraged to purchase the Premium Adoption Package and Grey/Parallel Imported Vehicles aged more than three (3) years from the Grey/Parallel Imported Vehicles’ production date are encouraged to purchase the Basic Adoption Package.
    a. Basic Adoption Package consist of:
    i. Repair all defects noted in the Service Clinic 111-point Check.
    ii. A Major Service
    b. Premium Adoption Package consist of:
    i. Repair all defects noted in the Service Clinic 111-point Check.
    ii. A Major Service
    iii. A Stand Alone Warranty Extension (Separate Terms &Conditions Apply)
  8. Grey/Parallel Imported Vehicles which are already purchased the Adoption Package during the Service Clinic Period are only eligible to repair and service their vehicles at Porsche Centre Penang.
  9. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any vehicle at any time.

C. Service Reservation

  1. All appointment for the Service Clinic during the Service Clinic Period can only be made via telephone call to Porsche Centre Penang at +60(19) 561 9000 or via online registration microsite at www.myporsche.com.my/serviceclinic
  2. Appointment for the Service Clinic will only be confirmed upon the Participant(s)’ receipt of a confirmation call from Service Advisors from Porsche Centre Penang.

D. Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. All personal data collected from the Participant for participation in this Service Clinic and/or during the Service Clinic period will be processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy as provided in the Organiser’s website. Privacy Policy Link: www.myporsche.com.my/privacy_policy
  2. By participating in the Service Clinic, the Participant agree to release and hold the Organiser, its holding company, its holding companies’ and its subsidiaries, related, associated companies and the directors, officers, employees, consultants and agents, and any other entity associated with marketing this Service Clinic free from any and all claims or damages arising out of, or in connection with the Service Clinic.
  3. Any breach by the Participant(s) at any time in relation to the terms and conditions may, at the Organiser’s sole and absolute discretion, result in disqualification of the Participant’s eligibility to participate in the Service Clinic.
